There are sufficient wings and then there are wings that are super nasty. If you want a winged eyeliner look don't make it thick because you don't want to look like Amy Winehouse but then again you don't want too little of a wing to make it un-noticeable. And for Asian girls wings are super good if you want to make your eyes look a bit bigger. Sometimes double wings can be pulled off but no more that two, and don't make them look like spikes or whatever keep them like traditional wings, slightly curved. Wings definitely brighten up any face and make your eyes look like they are smiling!
