Flare Dresses

    

Some dresses have slight flares and some have huge flares like the last picture of the floral dress. The flare adds a little bit of perk and "fun-ness" to the outfit. This is kind of like a circle skirt but on a dress; circle skirts normally have a flare to make them stick out. Having the flare on a dress can create curves for thin girls without curves, accentuate exsisting curves, or create an hourglass shape for bigger girls.
