There are several versions of this style of dress at Forever21 and it isn't the prettiest design. The black makes it look like an outfit for a funeral, especially since it is see through to a certain point so it looks like veil.The point of wearing a dress is to show some leg, not show some ankle and then some slightly covered leg. This style can be pretty. For example the blue dress above is a fine version of the style but if the dress is in black with mess or lace as the see through area then it will look like a funeral veil and dress.
