Eww... neon, one of my least favorite color types on the color spectrum. You'll look like a frikin' highlighter exploded on you if you wear too much. You might even look like you're going to a rave. If you are going to wear this make sure it is one or two small items of neon, not whole shirts, jackets, or pants, although the picture of the green neon pants isn't that much of an eyesore. Try small accessories like jewlery, hair accessories, or shoes. These items will add the appropriate pop that any outfit will be willing to take. But remember lay low with neon, because there is a line that shouldn't be crossed with it.
