Short leggings are adorably sexy. They remind me of the 80's. Short leggings typically have lace trims and come in any color. They may come slightly past the knees but are usually around the mid to lower thigh. They go well under shorts peaking their lace out from under them. I had a pair of short yellow lace leggings once but got rid of them, I wish I hadn't!
