I don't know if this is a trend or not but it is popular among teens in England. Haven't you seen One Direction? Maybe it is something only English do, but it can be sexy... sometimes. R Patz does a great job at the messy hair look, as does Orlando Bloom. This hairstyle is best on guys because, it's just hot. Now I don't mean get out of bed and don't bother combing your hair to have the look, it has to be done on purpose, most of the time. Get some styling gel, Axe maybe and try the look.
