This studded starfish dress is at Forever21 for $24.80 from sizes small to large. It has a great shape and flare when spun in a circle and the gold chopped off studs around the chest and neckline add a touch of sparkle. If worn with a red cardigan it would be great for the Fourth of July, but any other time you wear it gold accessories are best matched. Try wearing black flats instead of white or light blue which will wash out the color of the dress more. The contrast of dark and light colors would go well with this dress. Stay away from wearing wedges, as they have a beachy vibe and too much of one theme would be overkill.
