Workout Clothing

Even if bikini weather is over it's always nice to stay fit, I should take my own advice! haha So in order to stay fit you need the right workout clothing. Time to prepare to lose your holiday belly before the holidays hit! 

  • Yoga pants
  • Breathable shorts
  • Comfy tennis shoes
  • Sports Bra
  • Loose top
  • Sweat pants
  • Spandex
  • Yoga top
  • Sweat suit
Now that you have the essentials down it's time to put them to use. Get those shoes on and bring a sweat band and get out there. 

P.S. Don't abuse yoga pants! And who cares if you look weird, you're working out. Just don't wear workout clothes everyday!
