The ever so elegant, oh whoops wrong person! Miley Cyrus is always being presented in the magazines without a bra, or with yet another side boob. She likes the attention of course, but this is pretty trashy, well it is Miley we're talking about.
Well the no bra thing has been becoming more, "popular", but girls, seriously, your breasts are assets, use them wisely and they are much more appealing in a bra.
Don't be like the risky stars, and keep them in a bra.
