Ha ha ha, okay sort of an awkward post and it isn't really style at all, but it is good education.
Heavy flow days are great for tampons, and at night pads don't do the job well. You've seen the commercials for the "preppy" stuff, but you need something practical, right? Because we all know how it can be.
