This is something I saw on Ashley Benson's facebook page, the star from Pretty Little Liars who plays Hanna Marin. If you add a colorless balm with just a slight shimmer and then apply it to just above the skin below your nose it will create the illusion of larger lips. Just make sure the finish is a high-shine color.
