The double eyeliner look can be two complimenting colors of liner on top of one another, two wings on top lid, or two wings one on top and one on the bottom lid. Kim K. does a double wing by almost joining the bottom liner wing with the top, just add a little white eyeliner or shadow in between each wing and proceed with your eye shadow. There are multiple ways to do double eyeliner looks so try them all!
