Cutout Rose Shirtdress

A bit pricey but I love this dress! I love multicolored floral pattern dresses with black backgrounds. The shape of the dress is perfect, the way it flows at the bottom and is a button up at the top with a collar. Also the cutout at the side is not too big but appropriate.
