No Makeup Mondays

A great way to give your skin a break is starting a weekly relaxation day for your face. Dedicate one or more days of the week that you don't wear makeup. Your skin needs to breathe and constantly wearing makeup is bad for it. Start No Makeup Mondays or Save Your Skin Sundays! If you can't commit to this idea try lightening up on how much makeup you put on.
