Cowboy Boot Sandals

      

These are definitely unique, cowboy sandals are something I was just randomly thinking about and decided to write about. They are a cross between cowboy boots and flip flops. These shoes have the ankle part of a cowboy boot and the soles and straps of a sandal. Some come with the ankle part attached to the sandal and others are like separate boot slips and individual sandals. 

DIY: Bandanas to Dresses for Little Girls

   

It is easy to make simple dresses for little girls out of bandanas. All you need are two bandanas, scissors and a sewing machine! Sew the two bandanas on together by their sides but inside out and then add some straps with the same material. 

Sunflower Shorts from American Apparel

  

I saw so many girls in San Francisco yesterday wearing these shorts. These fabulous shorts are from American Apparel and come in regular shorts and high waisted shorts. They are super cute and are great for summer because they are shorts that'll keep you cool and have a print that fits perfectly in with the summer style. 

Victoria's Secret Angel Wings

    

Victoria's Secret always has wings on the outfits for their runway models. The wings are apart of the Angel's collection that they have. The way the designers match the bras and panties to a certain style of wings is amazing. This is a great way they have developed in order to market their products and make them look more appealing. 

Flower Bras

     

I took a trip to SF yesterday to check out the Gay Pride Parade and activities. There I saw many girls with flower bras. These bras are typically hand-decorated and are worn to large outings, raves, parties, and parades.

A simple haircut can change everything about a guys' look. Check out Robin Thicke, back in the 00's he had some rocking long hair and with a simple cut he is a new man! It is always good to change things up and a drastic haircut can do the trick. Long hair isn't in anymore, try a short do! 

Mix and Match Bikinis

 

Bikinis are great because if you like 2 different pairs you can always throw the top from one with the bottom of the other pair and they'll still look great! Bikinis are not commonly switched and swapped to create personalized looks. Also, Forever21 has started selling "pre-mixed matched" bikinis. 

Jean Matching

 

It is great to have a variety of jean colors and washes. Dark jeans go well with dark colored shirts like purple, blue, and black. Light jeans go well with light colored shirts, yellow, white, green. Matching your jeans with your shirts is important because it is just a simple way to keep your outfits in unison.

The bandana pattern has been taking over in male outfits so far this summer. This is a great print that can be meshed into any style. Bandana print blazers for fancy men, enlarged print on t-shirts for a regular or street style guy, and of course button ups for the casual, everyday guy. Try to look out for this up and coming style! Sexy yet Comfortable Undies

      


If you've ever been shopping and stumble across the undies section of a department store you can find some really cute looking stuff! I love the undies from JCPenny because they have comfy yet sexy and practical undies. The smooth pairs with cute patterns, silky material with lacey edges are always my favorite. These types of undies aren't necessarily thongs or super sexy ones, they are confidence boosters. When you are wearing something you like you will walk stronger and taller with a spring in your step because it makes you happy and confident. These types of undies do that! It's not like anyone will see them but you will and you love them! These undies are expensive at places like Victoria's Secret but you can find good deals at JCP.

Spanx

   

Spanx and other related under-clothing wear are perfect for all body types and buldging situations. They have wear for thighs, stomach, backs, booties, breasts, even for pregnant women! All of these items can be found singly or as a "body suit" or other connected items, such as thigh and stomach spanx or back and stomach wear. These items are great to create a smooth silhouette and perfect for any situation! 

Small Hair Clips

  

Small, claw hair clips are a girls' best friend! Goody has some really nice ones, but you can find cheap ones at the dollar store that are meant for little girls. These clips might not be as good of a quality but you usually get a lot for a little. You can spray paint them to match your hair as best as you can because the little girls' clips are usually bright, rainbow colors.

These small clips are excellent for almost every hair style. You can use them to fasten some fly-aways, bangs, a small braid or twist, and more. Some of these clips come with rubber grips on the inside which help to hold the hair more. They come in a varying of sizes perfect for different needs. 

Quick Tip #16

   

I like writing my "Quick Tip" posts because they are easy to write and because I'm running out of ideas to blog about!!!

This quick tip is about hot glue!

Hot glue is great for crafting and repairing. Try using a hot glue gun to refasten decorations on clothing, seal a ripped purse or shoe sole. Hot glue is even great for making an old shirt or pair or jeans look new with a cute and original design. And if you can't sew, hot glue might help patch up whatever you needed to be fixed. 



P.S.
Hot glue can be used as a great grip on slippery plastic hangers. Just squiggle on a bit of hot glue and let it dry, then all your shirts and blouses will stay on their hangers!
