Graphic Tees are a must have for everyone, as long as you are young enough, we don't want a 40-year old lady wearing a graphic T. Graphic Tees are everywhere, and my favorite are the ones with vintage movie stars, Eiffel Tower, British Flag, bands, or anything that show off your character. V-necks are better than regular collars because most T-shirts somewhat choke your neck. Do get spunky shirts, Don't get ones with stupid sayings or for guys don't get ones with those three pictures of three choices or whatever those are on them. And for women, get something adult like not some frilly little flower shirt.
