Barielle's nail rebuilding protein is great for strengthening your nails. I've been using it lately for my broken nails and it's helped a lot. It looks opaque but drys clear. This is something that might help you too, or just eat foods with vitamin e.
There's a new boutique in my local mall and it's absolutely amazing! I love the clothes but of course they have really high prices! What I love more is the decor inside the store. It's a whole bunch of styles mixed together, shabby chic, country, bohemian, frilly, etc. I'd want my room to look like it! Boutiques are usually locally owned businesses unless they are chain ones so it's a great idea to go local and support them.
Hair tie bows are super easy to make and you can do it at home without going shopping for the supplies. These are great ways to add a little extra to an outfit. The bows are simple additives to regular hair ties but make a big difference. You can find these on Etsy.com if you aren't up to making them yourself. These are easier than tying a ribbon in your hair and having it fall out or loosen constantly. You don't even need glue to make these!
These are some rocking nails! This is a easy nail style to achieve all you need is some gold nail polish as the base and when it's still wet place each nail into a separate glitter tray. It'll be messy but that's what nail polish remover is for! Try this style out for a summer night out downtown!
These shorts are definitely short! Nevertheless they are super cute and patriotic! To celebrate Memorial Day I am posting about these American flag shorts from Foreve21. You could wear these shorts as an everyday piece of clothing but they work perfectly on US holidays like today, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, etc. They are $22.80 and Forever21 has a few other pairs of American Flag Shorts too.
This is a very useful tip for getting ready in the morning. If you have an old bottle of mascara, wash off the brush and throw away the tube. This helps more if the brush has separated and a lot of bristles and have been from a mascara that doesn't clump as much. Try using a brush with rubber bristles not the spiral plastic ones like on a toothbrush. After applying your regular mascara swipe through with the clean one to separate each lash. This clean brush also helps to clear off dry mascara that has hardened and clumped so that you can start over without washing it off and creating smudges.
